Blue sky reflected in windows

Nice sky is always nice to take on a photo, and I noticed also this fine brick building with interesting reflections in the windows. The car also reflects the sky nicely. Everything made possible with HDR!

Legionnaire Foursome

This HDR photo was made out of 9 photos, so looks really smooth. It portrays the plaza with the legionnaires - soldiers of Piłsudski, who supposedly liberated Poland during WW1. Piłsudski soon made a coup d'etat and turned Poland into an authoritarian shithole. Thank you so much, fuckface.

Bloody clouds at sunset in Kielce downtown

And this I took right under that office building from previous photo, but this time during sunset. Nice bloody clouds, prophecizing disaster or war. A terrible structure of oppression on the right.

I took this eerie sundawn photo around February, when one could still encounter a sun under the horizon while en route to work. This is Piotrowska Street in Kielce, with the lone tall office building in the center.

Kielce City Park, the pond in spring

I'm really touched by this photo I made during early golden hours in Kielce city park, over this pond of stagnant and smelly water. The reflection in its serene surface really works for me.

Unearthly sunset behind a cloud, almost tropical

Fuck damn, looks like Florida before a hurricane, but it's actually Kielce, around Świętokrzyskie Estate with view at Uroczysko Estate. A bit of halo effect due to heavy HDR processing.

New building of Kielce University of Technology

This is a new building on the Kielce University of Technology campus, supposedly extremely environmentally sound, friendly and what not. In fact, another way to garner some grants with politically correct mumbo jumbo.

This is Kielce main square, with the entrance to the Magistrate, at that moment accosted by some cheerleaders.

Bald mountainside, boulder field

Out of Kielce and into the Bald Mountain (Łysa Góra), the dreaded sacred mountain of all of Neolithic Europe, where pilgrimages came from distant places and a pagan temple of the seven circles of time stood eternally - until it was destroyed by the Franks in the 9th century and its remains supposedly thrown from the mountainside, now being part of this boulder field called "gołoborze".
Today a Christian monastery stands atop the mountain, and it bears the name Holy Cross.

Again fields of the dead, this time in the summer. This rocky road leads to the heart of the fields, full of moors and heaths. Azure sky provides the surreal atmosphere, which haunts this place since the dawn of primordial ooze...

There are places like this in every modern city. Surrounded by concrete blocks of flats, there are enclaves of things which used to be, and still are holding to the darned past without asphalt, electricity, plumbing...

Solitary pine tree amidst the heath...

Interesting specimen. These are the fields of the dead at Kielce periphery. Lots of moors and heaths, serving as hunting grounds. Early spring brings such small pines to life. But what is the purpose anyway?
